BERWYN, Pa., Jan. 18 () -- The pump and engine control systems business of the Goodrich Corp. is being acquired by the Triumph Group Inc. of Pennsylvania.The transaction is expected to close in the current fiscal quarter, subject to normal regulatory approvals.
